2. User Eligibility

• Capable of entering into a binding agreement

• Providing accurate and updated information

3. Booking & Cancellations

• Rides can be scheduled or requested on-demand.

• Cancellations may incur a fee if done too late or repeatedly.

4. Payments

• All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and local pricing rules.

• Payments are made via in-app digital payment gateways.

5. Location Tracking

• Location data is essential for matching you with a driver.

• By using the app, you agree to share your real-time location.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Behave respectfully with drivers and other users

• Not misuse the platform (e.g., false bookings, fraud)

7. Liability

• We strive to provide safe and reliable services but are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses beyond our control.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms.

9. Modifications
